ANSWERS

ย
What kinds of snacks do you like to eat? ย
ย
(Answer 1)
ย
I love eating chips and I know thatโs not healthy but I just canโt help myself (to be unable to control my action) but devour (eat quickly or hungrily) those kinds of snacks. In fact, I store many kinds of chips of different flavors in our pantry and I eat them from time to time (occasionally).ย ย
ย
(Answer 2) ย
ย
As Iโm a health-conscious person, I make sure to eat healthy snacks such as nuts and fruits. I love eating almonds, pistachios, apples, and mangoes. Theyโre kind of expensive compared to unhealthy snacks such as chips and chocolates but Iโd rather invest in my health than spend more money on medications (treatment using drugs).ย ย
ย
Did you often eat snacks when you were young? ย
ย
(Answer 1) ย
ย
Yes, I did! In fact, I was fat when I was a kid as I ate a lot of sweets such as chocolates, cakes, and candies during my snack time. I remember my parents oftentimes got mad at me because I really didnโt listen to their warnings in terms of minimizing (reducing) my consumption of sweets. I dunno I was not obedient back then (a particular time in the past).ย ย
ย
(Answer 2) ย
ย
Not that much! I only ate snacks during our recess in school. One was before lunch and the other one was at three in the afternoon. And when I didnโt have school, I couldnโt really eat a lot of snacks at home because my mom didnโt want me to keep eating as sheโs afraid that I would gain so much weight. In school, I ate biscuits and some fruits and vegetables and if I was at home, I ate some chocolates and some pastries.ย ย
ย
When do you usually eat snacks now? ย
ย
(Answer 1) ย
ย
Well, I eat snacks when I start to feel a bit hungry and itโs not time for lunch or dinner yet. I canโt miss eating a bit of snack because if I do, I experience hypotension (low blood sugar). I shiver (tremble) uncontrollably and it takes some time for me to recover. Because of that, I eat snacks when I feel the need as advised by my doctor.ย ย
ย
(Answer 2) ย
ย
As Iโm on a diet these days, I follow a regular schedule for eating snacks. I have my snacks at 9:30 in the morning and 3:00 in the afternoon. This is the schedule that I follow since this is recommended by my fitness coach. But sometimes I skip eating snacks, especially if I donโt feel hungry at all.ย ย
ย
Do you think it is healthy for you to eat snacks? ย
ย
(Answer 1) ย
ย
Absolutely! As I have a medical condition, I canโt miss feeding myself with some snacks before having major meals. As I said, if I take my hungriness for granted (to never think about it), I just tremble and get headaches. So, eating some snacks is a great help for me not to experience that uneasiness (feeling discomfort).ย ย ย
ย
(Answer 2) ย
ย
Yes, without a doubt! Eating snacks, especially different kinds of nuts and dried fruits and meat is healthy for me according to my fitness coach since theyโre all rich in nutrients. As he said, my body needs different kinds of nutrients in order for me to reach my fitness goal. So, Iโll keep eating some snacks as long as theyโre healthy for me.ย ย
